First post for me. I was out on the Island a couple weeks ago with my camera and ran into a group of boarders that suggested I check out the site. I am a freelance/portrait photographer born and raised in the NW. Im planning on going back out to the island when you guys get some wind back to take more photos. If there is enough demand for photos I'll make several trips out this summer (btw is this summer?? 
I typically post photos up on my site @ www.jeremydueckphotography.com and prints can be ordered from there. Orders of ~4-5 prints split the shipping up but for 1-2 photos I can work something else out to get you prints. For example shipping is about $6.50 for 1 photo or 5. Prints are about $9 for an 8x10.

agreed. the BOTG contest is a photographers dream for shooting "in your face" action.

Jeremy,
The Bridge of the Gods Kiteboarding Festival is on the weekend of August 19-21.
Friday the 19th is for pro riders and past winners. Saturday is the all amateur competition. Most of the past winners have gone on to become pros. This is a phtographers wet dream.
Drive out SR14 to Stevenson. Once you are in town go towards the river. It really is that easy to find. See you there.

Oh me everlovin' bisquits!
Who might that be out there on the water when all other kiters or on the sand?
O.T. Whomever blocked "hamlindp"s I.P. Address needs to unblock it. Everyone at his place of employment can't get to nwkite.com. What may have seemed brilliant at the time, really sucks for everyone else (even the liberals)  . Besides, what liberal would want to squelch free speech, right?

I guess that is you out on your speed2. That picture must have been taken about 5 minutes before you became a channel marker
