Virginia kiting suggestions?

Heading to Virginia on this coming week and looking for any tips on where to go etc... staying in Hampton. I see there are many options but wondering if anybody has any first hand info.

Also going to Hatteras for a couple days. Any info on a bed and breakfast or hotel there would be awesome too!

I kited Virgina several times on my way down to Hatteras. Sandbridge Beach was some nice waves and downwiders. Start at the fishing dock and kite North.

Also, Virginia Beach has great waves, but the beach is crowded so head North away from town.

There is allot of riders out of Va Beach.. Put ins at Seashore State Park and pick-ups at the Jetty near Rudy's Inlet. Its all sweet. Head to Hatteras if you can fit it in.

i stayed twice at the dophin motel/hotel in kitty hawk. not bad price or rooms and real close to the KHK school. (the old school school if they teach there anymore) go to tortugas and the beach road for some bomb fish taco's. i think its about MP 11.5.

Check out VRBO for some cheap apartments/accommodations if you are just in Hatty for a day or two. Email a bunch of houses, they will often recommend a property that fits your needs which isn't listed. "my friend has...."

You can also check in with OBX Kiting as they have a couple apartments that they rent out cheap!

Thanks for the advice! Heading out in the morning. For sure going to hit the taco stand! Good call on VRBO in Hatteras. Stoked!!
