Does anybody know how the TL2 or Tuflite construction holds up to kiteboarding. My epoxy board is on its last legs i think so I am looking at some other options. I ride mostly strapless but have found the airs to be a bit hard on the board.
any thoughts would be appreciated. |

They all crack and turn into sponges eventually. |

Tuflite is probably the toughest. Different construction and doesn't feel like a traditional glassed board, epoxy or poly. They have a corky feel and you can usually get one shorter and thinner than you would usually ride. |

They actually have closed cell foam, so they will not take on much water if dinged. They are basically just like a custom shaped epoxy board, like a Stretch. Not as strong as tufflite for kiting, but at least twice as strong as a regular polyester board. If you are careful they will last forever. That, along with the proven named shapers designs, you can't go wrong. |
