for sitting on the beach and drinking beer. We have a low in the area which typically brings South winds. South is not a good direction for riding at SI. But look at the bright side. Tonight it will rain and so the City of Portland probably will be spilling CSO (Combined Sewer overflow) into the Willamette which is just up river from SI. Should be great swimming and kiting for days to come(if NW winds come back on Monday). |

I'm going to guess your comment on good kiting ans swimming for days to come is tongue in cheek, and you didn't mistype that sentence...? |

Just remember.. if the alternative to sitting on a beach drinking beers is sitting in an office working, there's no such thing as a bad sauvies day. |

Surprisingly, the current gradients look OK, but unsurprisingly the actuals suck. I'm headed out anyway just to get a little sunshine before the gloom arrives in earnest. _________________ Lets FLY |

It was actually damn good tonight. I was on a 12m and a skim, but I would have been fine with a 10m. It backed off for about 15 minutes at one point, but it was lit and steady the rest of the night. I left about 7:45 and it was still going strong. _________________ Lets FLY |
