Sun Jul 10, 11 6:34 pm 313 vs. Flat 3, which is easier to learn? |

So railey to wrapped and r2blinds are getting there, just wondering which is easier to take all the way round with air pass using only pop and no chop. Many wakeboarders say the 313 is way easier. Opinions? Advice? |

If you can find a booter, ramp, anything to launch off the flat 3 is easier. However, if all you're doing is popping off flat water then doing a flat 3 is pretty hard (don't really see people doing it). For that I'd go with a 313. Can you pass the bar in the air when going to blind or wrapped? I'd probably do that first before trying to rotate even more. _________________ The Slider Project, LLC

313 is harder. A wakeboarder would tell you that also, so i don't know what wakeboarders you have been talking to...
But if the question is off of flat water, well you cant really do a real 360 without a kicker, so I guess you would be better off trying 313. Depending on what hand you like passing with you could also try backside 313, there is a name for this too but its dumb to call it something different than a backside 313.
I would say before trying 313 it could help to get to the coast and try some frontside and backside 360s off some small waves.
U are wearing boots right? Cause none of this really matters if ur in straps... _________________ I heart dangling |
