Way OT: PDX Jury Duty--where to park?

When I had jury duty at the federal courthouse in PDX there was a parking garage across the street downtown. I'm pretty sure they reimburse you for parking and gas along with your meager paycheck.
Weren't there parking instructions included in your jury info packet?

Lost 'em. But just found out it's delayed until July 19.

Park at, or near, Lloyd Center and take the MAX in. FREE parking, FREE fareless square MAX ride... so you have to walk 6 blocks to the courthouse.

There are a couple garages with in walking distance plan to spend about $13-15 for the day to park.
