I give out bad advice.

Well, I'm out of shape. If practicing scales, E-minor pentatonic, Aeolian Mode, G-minor Blues scale, and efficiency picking were weight lifting I would be a monster, but as I type I'm 20lbs to heavy.

Anybody else in the same boat?

Thanks,
bulae

Ron, go do some Crossfit. Jeri will get you in shape, will take about 6 weeks... It's what I usually do all winter.

you can practice those scales all day but if you don't get out and apply them you are in trouble! you live in the Gorge? Let's jam...

I hit the swimming pool hard in the winter along with push up and core exercises, keeps it real!

My basic exercise plan. Don't do a fucking thing. Kite hard in the beginning of the season, get a bunch of massages.

Crossfit is the most advanced, well-rounded, and productive program out there. Forrest knows whats up. It's not for half-steppers though...Take a person's 2hr gym session and condense it into 25-60mins of near-nonstop, diverse work outs that will for sure assist you in losing those 20lbs. You cannot go wrong here:

Glad you asked, it's a pleasure to share this..

some people like cross fit some don't.. find something that you enjoy and step it up. Try everything at least three times before you bag it. change your diet, don't eat processed food eat out less. You have to decide to make the change and like Forrest said stop being a little bitch about it!

Easy fix for your out-of-shape situation:

Spend three days on either cocaine or Rockstar Fruit Punch and loop the 'Safety Dance' indefinitely.

That should get 'er done.

PostFri Mar 04, 11 4:28 am    My plan so far! Reply with quote

I just made appointment at The Dalles Sports Club to get a body composition analysis for $15 bucks. LOL, I wanna know how fat I am.

My diet: Luckily I'm dating a terrific woman who happens to be Japanese and she's helping with this. So far I'm done with processed foods and I actually feel better, or maybe it's just less guilty. Lot's of whole rice, Onigidi(sp.), and more color vegetables, eating my colors.

Exercise: After tennis injury I slowly have been getting back into playing again. My goal, achieved so far, is to workout 5 times a week for just 30min. I'm either playing tennis, hitting treadmill, or lifting weights.

The crossfit thing looks like a blast, but honestly the impact to my neck is tough. I don't want to do something to it again.

Have another Friday!!!!
