Yea, I hear ya Ron. The number one reason to be in shape in the first place is to avoid injury. As we get older we have to work harder to hang onto the fitness level we're at, let alone achieve a higher level. Crossfit is highly modifiable, you should go talk to Jeri dude, see what she thinks. Just swing by the gym, it's right across the street from the alien baby abortion sign off Belmont. |

Just do something, anything. I ski a ton, lift weights with lots of reps and do my own version of yoga to be limbered up for my next breakout move. The key is to do some form of preferably aerobic activity that will stress your body enough to be ready for anything. Once you slow down or stop, especially as you get older, it takes just that much longer to regain the ground lost. Get busy! |
