Where to hit the coast on Monday the 21st?

Any help would be appreciated. I have tomorrow, Monday, off and would love to hit the coast for some riding. Unlike the Gorge, I have little knowledge of how to predict the wind conditions on the coast and would prefer to not spend all day driving from Seaside to Astoria. Any ideas on where and when for tomorrow? Thanks.

Probably not going to happen on Mon for kiting, best to stick with a surfboard and leave the kites at home.
