I was skiing Crystal this last weekend, but the wind never backed off enough to get a flight in. But, I got to scope the effect of the new gondola and chat to Patrol about it. Won't be a problem and will just make the landing a little tighter... Patrol was all about letting me have a go at it, but Mother Nature gave me a big thumbs down. I am ski coaching up there on Saturdays for Snowperformance in January and half of February, and will definitely get some flights in. Even got the okay to fly off the King... Stoked to flash some new sponsors in my vids this year! Thanks Line and Trew!!! All last year I was flying a 12m Fly Dunes. Just kept cranking it and pointing it down! This year I am on a 10m, but would not go any smaller for most of the stuff I will be flying this winter. FYI, I got my instructor certification last spring... so when flying season hits, come on out to the Hood and check this paragliding thing out.
