... this is not about your abillity to ride, or my spelling, its is about desire, your vollentary effort to make the sport better, and priorrities, so being a hippocrit is easy, and not wellcome, these pictures are shot from the waist , and not staged.
....They also came out awsomely clear, and detailed, plus this guy is cool and gives me a ton of respect, though i have nothing to do with caution, he even droped the 14m bullshit partly due to my input. attension-- to everyone it is my goal to post you´, In this manner super close up! so watch out you may be next, and you will be quoated word for word. I only make this comment to re-affirm DP's explanation of Mr. Richards, not to clutter up the post, but for some reason, I feel the need to tell 'my' story. I do not know Brendan Richards personally nor endorse any product.
Just last week, I was inquiring into purchasing something from their company. I was unhappy about a situation that did not seem right to me? Without much provocation, Brendan stepped in via email (since I am geographically separated from NW) to help me out. After a few email conversations, the problem was resolved and I was once again a happy consumer, ONLY thanks to his hard work, and help. He provided quick responses to questions, and handled this very efficiently.
I believe he has a sincere dedication to what he does and it proves to me that customer service is not a dying breed. Quite refreshing!
