then purchasing a place

| Russ is right this places does rock...if anyone is coming and needs to rent a van .. Pm me with the dates and we can see what we can do... Save a few bucks and rent from a fellow gorge wind chaser... Also have a 6' 2010 cabrina thruster so you don't have to pack and pay to bring your wave board .... 7'2" surf board also available ...come to Maui !!!![/img]

| Waves!!! This place does rock. The culture here reminds me of South Texas where I grew up. It's very endearing with lots of BBQ, heaping helpings of food when you order, family focused and big ass trucks. I feel right at home.

Holy shit balls strapless surfboard is way fun! I went out for a little bit in boots, was fun hitting waves in boots cause you can turn so f'ing hard. The wind has been really east so the pro-pool isn't filled in enough for flat water riding. I figured I gotta get on a surfboard or I won't have as much fun.
I'm still eatting shit every time I try to jibe in front of a wave, but I get 1 out of 3 and then I can surf the wave. I'll take some pix today, but it will be mostly flat water as the waves are down until Monday when mack trucks start rolling in.

You guys got to come up to Lanes, glassy smooth on the inside with only a few regular locals out....most where strapless today. By the end of the day, some mast high swell started to rolling in...tomorrow might be bit scary big.

Looks UNREAL there... i havent been to maui since i was weeee kid and its been calling be back ever since!
making me second guess la ventana in january... i guess theres always next year!!!
