Not sure what gauge you are looking at and perhaps there is a new one that I'm not aware of, but the general rule of thumb is add 10 mph. Sensor is shaddowed. Cam shot right now is showing small white caps and sunny. Cold and gray over here on the SW side of PDX. Take you 12m or 14 m and you should be fine if the wind persists.

The gauge is the new one from this summer as I understand it I think it says rooster rock 66 on Ikitesurf. It showed it blew aroun 20 knots until 1 pm or so and then shut down. I am sure if I am incorrect someone will surely let me know.

It was rideable until about 1:00 and then it shut down. Got a short "session", but I wouldn't really call it that.

Rooster rock 66 is the new sensor. Seems to run a bit high. But its right out in the channel.
Wind did the same thing yesterday. I almost got suckered.... Luckily I have some memories of Sauvie having her way with me....
