Not sure what gauge you are looking at and perhaps there is a new one that I'm not aware of, but the general rule of thumb is add 10 mph. Sensor is shaddowed. Cam shot right now is showing small white caps and sunny. Cold and gray over here on the SW side of PDX. Take you 12m or 14 m and you should be fine if the wind persists. It showed it blew aroun 20 knots until 1 pm or so and then shut down. I am sure if I am incorrect someone will surely let me know. Seems to run a bit high. But its right out in the channel. Wind did the same thing yesterday. I almost got suckered....
