It's actually a lot of fun bro. It was only a few years ago that people were cringing about stand-up. Keep that in mind.

people still cringe about SUPers, Although I will say that the skate SUP is actually a pretty good workout if you put in the effort

Pushing a skateboard with your feet is almost as inefficient as paddling a surfboard with your bare hands.

It's a decent workout. Not to mention when you "paddle" over a long stretch of flats and approach an incline, your legs are fresh so it's no prob to just beast right up the hill. My only issue is the stares from squares received while using it.

It also comes in mighty handy when cars don't see you. Luvtap much?
