Has anyone kited in Brazil in Jan and Feb. We heard the winds back off considerably during these months. Does anyone know the average winds these months. Is it worth the trip. Thanks Ben and Vickie |

where in Brazil? its a huge coast...
its definitely not the windiest season, but there's still afternoon sea breezes in the Floripa region and up north the winds back off more than their infamy reputation. Luckily there's still lots to do! Most of my friends who spend a lot of time there come home in late February. I've had decent luck in both places through mid January. |

Thanks for the feedback. We will be kiting the northern coast. The stretch between Fortaleza and Jericoacoara. Ben and Vickie |

Their rain season starts in January. Best time for kiting around Fortaleza and North is from Jun - Dec, but I'm sure that you can wing it from as early as May. |
