All credit goes to Nickdward (aka sicknick) for creating and posting this video on the Seattle forum i searched on NWkite and didn't see it here - sorry if it's already posted but its too good to miss. Lots of riders, me included learning to ride strapless and this video covers water start, beach start and heelside and toeside gybing. Nick has posted several other videos once you (I) have figured out how to get round the corners. Thanks again Nick Thumb's Up
