You should see the size of some of the big arse Makos we get here in South FL when you go out into the Gulf Stream. In the turbulent water between the stream and no stream there are some pretty crazy feeding grounds. Dont fall in!
I know its not a GW but its still some intimidating stuff.

Last week was shark week in Ventura area. Check out this 1098# MAKO caught just off shore last week - largest fish in CA ever caught they say.

Hundreds of rays mating a couple of hundred yards off the shore the past 2 days here on the right coast. Despite being bottom feeders they do it on the surface, and the tips of their "wings" look like, well.. fins
Beach was temporarily closed off and everybody called out of the water. Only "sailcraft" present I was left alone and I had the waves to myself. (The other kiter in the water crapped his pants and rushed out screaming SHARKS SHARKS at the top of is lungs).
