Eric, I've been looking for the same thing. There are only a few farms that raise their animals on grass, and those cows are so in demand that a rib eye is $15/lb. I know there is a bit of a shift right now, and more farms are starting to see the market for grass fed cows.

You are what you eat, on a molecular level, and if you're eating cow that is raised purely on corn, you're not really getting anything out of it that you couldn't get just by eating the corn yourself.
The Farm Stand in the heights has some options for grass fed pork as well. |

I know of others who have done this before, just don't know where.
I think once we find the source, it will be pretty easy to come up with a 4x4 group to claim a cow.
I'm in for 1/4 !

This is not in HR but they are at farmers market each week. Their beef is awesome and i know they have package deals.
You could talk to them John is really nice.
