Heading to cabarete next week. The wind seems to be light for this time of the year. This is based on windfinder website. http://www.windfinder.com/forecast/cabarete
The accuracy of the site is sketchy at times.
I am trying decide which kites and board(s) to take. Is the info accurate indication of the condition there?
