He is responding. The best way to get info. at this point is to go to Marshall Jacoby on Facebook....he is adding a ton of friends right now...I talked to him about setting it as a page for updates for all of us to see....at this point it is just time...the family is overwhelmed by the love for their son & Thank everyone for it.
