It's the mouth of the Sandy on the Colombia: West side. (Right across the river from Camas.) It only goes off rarely, today it went off! Was still going about 15 when we left at 5:00. Really was just planning a day with the wife on the boat. The wind was blowing pretty steady from 18 to 20 though, so I HAD to get in a session. Pretty funny, it was dead in the channel & peeps wakeboarding there. I could get within about 50 yards of the wakeboarders, but as I hit the Channel it was like a kill switch. So I had to stay in the shallows and butter. Pretty nice, but you have to keep an eye on all the deadheads in the water. The water was smoother upwind of where I took the pics... There were a few lulls, so I'd have to stop & stand in knee deep water while I waited for the wind to come back. bulae99 Since 12 Jul 2006 1691 Posts I give out bad advice.
