o.k. we all been thier and done that, health insurance is good first choice. making a real will, last testament, is important, leave me your car keys and pink slip sighed over, do you have a family? this sport is like drinkin coffee, never the same cup twice, and it likes to gride you up and spite you out, being druged thur, and over stuff isnt fun, out of control!!!!

Just avoid the channel at SI and you'll be just fine 
It is customary to sacrifice 3 to 4 beerzazes to the guy with the wet foil, after he swims in, in order for the wind to increase, so please come to SI prepared for such an event.
I give free self rescue lessons daily, which only cost you 3 to 4 more beerzazes, it's kinda like "watch and learn from the master" teaching (right, pdx?)
