Stevens, OR Opinionated Thu May 13, 10 6:56 pm    Who lost thier kite today at sunset beach? My buddy is a 911 dispatcher in seaside. He got a call today from a bystander that a kiter had lost his kite and was floating around in the ocean. He made it in alright but no word on the kite. No one was dispatched but they did get a good laugh in at the caller so I am told.
