Villa trade, Gorge for Cabarete, 2-3 weeks in August

Homeowners during this economic tough times it would still be nice to have a great vacation. With this theme in mind I am interested in house and potential car swap.

That is our villa in Cabarete for comparable villa in Gorge area.

I have a beautiful villa in gated beachfront community 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom includes eco guesthouse built from CEB (compressed earth block), tropical gardens including huge orchid collection, large pool, oversized terrace, hot jacuzzi and Caribbean style. Super safe can also include daily maid service with tipical Dominican Lunch. I have a two teenage daughters, wife and me. I am originally from the gorge and want to attend the Skamania county fair, kite, hike and do other Pac NW stuff oh yeah and maybe visit family too. We are interested in Hood river, Stevenson or general area. Pics and details upon request for qualified and interested parties only.

The villa is located 6 minutes from Kite beach and 1 minute walk from our semi private beach. A good down winder take out spot from KB Cabarete.
Approx 10 minutes from Encuentro the best surf beach on the island.
10 minutes from Both Cabarete & Sosua and approx 20 minutes from POP intl airport.

Also includes 2 dogs, great for long walks or just

We have a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. including home theater(94 inch blu Ray projector),a hot tub, large deck. 3 cars a moped and a dog aswell, we are aproximently 3 miles from the spit. And we would be interested in further discussion of a house swap. Pictures upon request.
