I remember seeing this on the FKA forum. If I remember right, the guy filming said he or someone he was with approached them twice to try and help them out and was told to get lost. So he busted out the camera and filmed it.

I've had plenty of opportunities to film the kooks doing this shit on our beaches, but you won't see any videos of the such. what you will see is me approaching the dude and getting him to land his kite and explaining to him that he is not welcomed to do that on that beach. sure I'll come across as an asshole but I did my part in preserving my riding spot. sometimes it's tough to do but easier if all of the experienced riders approach this person together.
I assume this was in florida, where they already have their share of access issues in place. be proactive. stand up for your access and don't just sit there and watch.
now if you did your part by trying to prevent this from happening, and exhausted all diplomatic solutions, then you might want to film it... |

done correctly, it could be very educational to those who are blind to obvious...
