I have to be in Kalispell 4 April to 10 April. Flathead is near by. Any point in taking my gear. If so, the light wind gear?? |

Give Tony at MontanaKiteSports a call at 530 356 2758.
Tony lives five minutes from the lake and has already been hitting the water between snow sessions elsewhere around Montana. He tells me it's like a blowdryer for smooth winds. I doubt its warm but with this El Nino winter, who knows?

Sweet, Flathead Rocks if you're set up for light wind. April/May is probably the best time for wind.

Hey nico,
Right after I talked to you this morning I headed to the lake and had a super fun session. The air temp was only 34 degrees but I was able to stay out for a couple of hours. Give me a call when you are heading out. It should be warmer by then.

Will do. 14m Rebel and a SS Glide should do for me. I hope the sun was out at least. |
