First time trying to edit video from the Hero HD camera. Took me all evening to figure out a program that would work somewhat smoothly without crashing when trying to edit 720@60P Mpeg-4. Finally tried a trial version of Cyberlink Powerdirector 8 and I was shocked at how much better and faster it appeared to work then Vegas 8 or Pinnacle 12 running on my system (Dell E1705 laptop: Windows XP, 2Ghz Core Duo, 2Gb Ram, Nvidia Quadro 1600M 512MB). Best of all its only a $59 software package so I'm going to order the full version today Smile

Enjoy the video.

yeah he was fine. dusted himself off and did it again but stuck the landing the 2nd time around.

I stick to the easy low risk stuff. That ish is too scary for me. I'd rather film it then do it. I can't imagine breaking something right before kiting season. haha

Damn, that looks super fun. Wish we had something like that in Portland. Kinda lame we have to drive an hour or more to get the goods with so many riders in the area.

Near Seattle apparently. Anyone know of something like that closer to Portland? I know Bend is getting an indoor park built, but that's just as far. Would be nice to have a place to go play even when it's raining.

Ok mtbikers; you gotta keep forest park on the DL and not create this:

wow going after kids for trying to be productive and enjoy the outdoors....don't the police have something better they could be doing? Making a trail in the woods and calling it vandalism is a pretty big leap if you ask me.

I say let them build there trails for free and then the City doesn't have to pay a group of people who probably don't even ride bikes to build trails that aren't any fun.
