Nice pics Dunes! What size kites was everyone on? I went down there Saturday, but my 11m wasn't big enough... Sad Missed it by a day. Twisted Evil Oh well, killer day at RR yesterday too! Very Happy

It was upper teens when we got there, but it backed off to low teens by the end of the day. Most everybody was on 9M when we got there, so it must have been stronger in the AM.

And yeah, it was cold water. Kelton had some ridiculous 7mm diver's wetsuit and claimed he was toasty.

So curious. I know your not on the ocean side of the peninsula ... are you right off the end of Jetty Rd.(south side) between the rubble jetty.... or do you venture further south of the rubble jetty that is away from the main channel, which appears to be more isolated?? Curious, looking at it from a newb standpoint. It looks like the section of water further south would not pose much of a threat from current??
