Tue Dec 15, 09 10:08 am SUB-LEASE in Hood River Marina ? |
|
|
yup,
that time of year again...
thinknig about getting a boat again(don't want to hear all the "don't buy the money pit" jargin....but any useful, local knowledge on boating on the columbia would be fine)
only need a sub-lease for about 3 months during summer....
the rest of the year I can rent moorage in Portland.
Boat length:25'-28' powerboat, won't be brand new, but won't be an eye-sore either......
The waiting list is long and I'm like #44, so that means years.
Figure I'd post up on here and try to find someone who plans on sub-leasing this summer.... or remind Gman and Kraemer to keep thier ears and eyes out!
I've owned boats all my life. Used to manage a Marina in Wisconsin. Very respectful and mindful of neighbors.
Even have a couple of references in needed.

| One of the boats in the marina is already taking advantage of the "sub"-lease program. Are you sure that's what you want? |
