I just got a 4s on sprint and downloaded touchbb lite (the free version).
I can't figure out the correct settings for nwkite
i open the app
touch account
accounts screen displayed with + sign top right
touch + sign
screen title is existing forum
for forum url i've tried www.nwkite.com,
nwkite.com,
www.nwkite.com/forums/
http://nwkite.com/forums/ (the address PC browser shows when i display page info)
all these combinations with and without my username and password
when i touch save i get the validating and saving forum screen for a few seconds then TouchBB can't connect to this forum screen
i putting pskite.org in URL without a user or password and it connected fine
can someone who has this app working post the exact url you have entered on the accounts screen?

also an android user wanting easier nwkite interface!!!
edit: oops, misread thread. let me know phil when/if you revisit tapatalk. guess that's the only android app goin. alwasy gettin skewd by you iphone types!

TouchBB works fine on my iPod Touch, finds the forum and logs in perfect. I just got this new iPad and TouchBB won't login properly. Weird.

Paul,
I followed the exact path you detailed above with TouchBB, using "http://www.nwkite.com/forums" in the forum url. It then goes to the login and looks like it will all work fine... then show the TouchBB cannot connect to this forum error.
Now on my little iPod touch this app works fine. And on the I use the url http://www.nwkite.com
And again, when I try that url on the iPad it will show the same error again (something about "script"). It might be an older version on the ipod, and this version on the ipad is newer.

Kip i'm going to contact the TouchBB developer to find out if they have any issues with Apple devices running IOS 5 versions and the latest release of TouchBB.
Can you tell me what IOS version you have on the Touch and the Ipad?
Also the version of TouchBB on the Touch? You can find this by going to settings>general>usage>show all apps>touchBB on the screen that displays you'll see the version right under TouchBB The latest version from Itunes App store is 2.1.1 if you have an earlier version that's running fine don't update it!
