Honestly the way they have it setup is not nearly as simple as touchBB, which is all one script and doesn't require registering on a website. |
Hi Phil
Have you hit a brick wall with the tapatalk install? Hope not. I really liked TouchBB on iphone but they don't have an Android app. i installed Tapatalk on my phone and checked out a couple of random forums and the app works well on the phone.

I just couldn't get it to work... we have a pretty modified version of phpbb here so I am not sure if that's part of the problem.
Are there any other Android solutions? |

I bought TouchBB, but when I go to add nwkite to my accounts (Account -> Add -> Add your own forum), it says "Validating Forum" then shows an error saying:
"TouchBB can't Connect to this forum. The Forum URL is case sensitive. Is the add-on script installed for this forum? See our support forums for more help. "
I've tried "www.nwkite.com", "nwkite.com", "http://www.nwkite.com" and with/without username and password. Not sure what else to try. Has anyone else had this problem? |

I second that. I thought I was the only one! I'm computer challenged so didn't much want to post to the forum with my troubles. But since reading helper threads w/touchbb and talking to AT&T about cookies and such, and then discussing w/computer savvy friends still have no answers?! I also purchased tapatalk, but unfortunately too soon...as I here Phil that u are having nightmares with that setup! |

tcpdump -w wtf.pcap -s 0 port 80
scp wtf.pcap to your computer
load that shit up in wireshark.
filter on your iPhone's ip.

TouchBB has worked flawlessly on both PSK & NWK since I installed it on my iPod Touch back in December. Even worked in the middle of that April fools joke last night.
