I just want to turn you all onto baja's first true watersports center, Big Up Sports. This our start-up season, but everything is lined up for a great time. Our location is ideal. Playa Norte, just north of Los Barriles, is a federal arroyo about a 1/4 mile wide with free camping for all. Wide open, uncrowded, sandy beaches make this the ultimate spot to learn to kite. For advanced kiters, we have huge swell and killer downwinders. We've buddied up with local hotels so that you may end your downwinder with hot tubs and blender drinks, and a shuttle back! Or stay there with discounted room packages. We have a full line of 2010 Naish gear, GK, and Litewave boards.

We have SUP rentals, and a yamaha jet boat for wakeboarding and snorkel tours. Our palapa bar is in the works with food and cervezas (pacifico/corona/modelo)
A new paved road makes Los Barriles only 45 minutes from La Ventana, so you all need to come by and see what you're missing.
