Money well spent in my opinion.
I was in Hood River for 10 days and primarily relied on Temira's forecast. I threw $20 her way too.
This web service is not run for free and also requires quite a bit of personal commitment.
If you are using Temira's forecast please consider throwing a few bucks her way to show appreciation for her efforts. |

Additional FYI - Temira also provides a great snow report (as well as a continued biketrail and event updates) all through the winter.
She should be also providing the Meadows snowphone updates this winter.
Definitely keep the donations continuing in support of her website. If you get onto her weather update list you can then be the lucky recipient of a morning email filled with weather and events updates for the day (*note - in the Fall and Late winter, though, she takes some time to back off on some daily forecasts when the weather gets fairly predictable and/or flat).
The is your truly legit 'human' forecast, from a local sailor/biker/skier/snowboarder.
