Flat water crazy for about 3 hours. I did so many transitions, I got dizzy. I'm alway amazed how flat and glassy that place gets when the tide starts flushing out and yet the wind is blowing like stink. Just have to make sure you fall 'flat' so you don't bounce off the bottom. I have to admit, going out in the surf on that day was too big for me so I hung out in the esturary.
