Struggling to reach the low teens. Rooster Rock to Stevenson seeing upper teens to low 20's for the early afternoon, gradually tailing off. Yet one glance at the Troutdale sensor with gusts to 27, that tells me Rooster is easily hitting 30+. Rooster Rock is probably the windiest the Gorge gets when its on, yet IWindsurf always under sells it.
