North Evo experience?

Anyone have experience with the Evo? I know the Rebels well (through 2009) but I'm curious about switching to the Evo 12m. I hear 2009 is more stable and rangier than 2008, but I'd love some candid opinions. I'm looking for freeride but want to work on aerial stuff and my 2008 Rebels don't have the hang time I'd like. PM me if you don't want to talk publicly, and please don't recommend other kites, this is a specific question. Thanks!

I was down at a great wave break earier this month, wait it is Sept now, so I guess it was like 3 weeks ago and last month. The place either began with a F or N. I think it was a N. This ero dude was flying the evo. I think it was a '07 or '08. Euro dude said that there is/was a problem with the struts. The bladders pop for some reason. I think he said too high of pressure. The dude liked the kite besides that and North fixed the problem at no cost; just down time for the rider.
