Not sure where all of it is shot, but I think I spy a sandbar jump in there.
It is quite different from that slider video.

Looked to me a little like Sherman, then I clicked on the description that says California coast and Sherman Island (which is in the Sacramento River delta). Pretty cool perspective with the kite cam!
