"Ducks are the college football version of Paris Hilton...they're famous for no reason, they look pretty and they got a rich daddy". -ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit

Funny because he acted like he loved Oregon when he was in Eugene twice two years ago.

I'm heading to the BSU game. Hope I won't be disappointed and thinking "I should have gone kiting instead".

Anyone kited Lucky Peak or on the Snake near Boise?

Ha, true, why else would #11 make the cover of sports illustrated. It will be interesting to see what Kelly does with the ducks this year though

Can't argue that they're underachievers. All that bling and they still lose to the beavs every other year.

That's a made up quote. Show me the footage and then I'll believe it.

Can't wait for 9/3!

Doesn't USC loose to the Beavs every other year or so? I guess they are underachievers if that is the standard. Ducks are the bridesmaids of the Pac10, no doubt but they continue to challenge. With USC, OSU, Cal and improving non-BCS conference teams like Utah, Boise St., Hawaii, etc. make it tough out west.

It's a morning flow deal at Lucky Peak, blows from sunrise (6am) till about 9 depending on the desert heat and mountain cold differential. Check out this site below for a general idea of what conditions to look for to determine if kitable: http://idahokitesports.com/idahokitespots.html

Other than there, you've got Snake River at CJ Strike reservoir, Lake Lowell in Nampa, or Arrowrock Reservoir on a rare NW afternoon thermal. Check this site when you're here for daily updates on what's working and where: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/snowkiteidaho/?v=1&t=search&ch=web&pub=groups&sec=group&slk=1[/url]
