Sick three days - Lincoln City and Newport with BlancoH20 - swell got good today - should stick around for a few days
Shout out to to Tim and Ben at Oregon Surf Shop in Lincoln City - thanks for helping a brother out with technical difficulties - Tim lent me his 7m and saved my sess and Ben set me up with a new bridle - awesome riding with you guys

It was a sweet coastal weekend.
Hiked Saddle mtn Sat. morning.
2 hr. Manzo point sail sess Sat afternoon, nice waist to nipple, sometimes head, swell.
Met up with the boys at Lot B, for 2 sick downwinders on sunday.
Pretty cool seeing the mtn. you hiked the day before while downwinding.
Bear would be impressed.
Looks like the coast conditions will be maintaining...

Great pics... manzo was blowing all weekend. Saturday seemed pretty gusty and bouncing from N to WNW, on shore I was clocking 11-35  Sunday was no fan but pretty steady... apparently it was gusting to 38 mid afternoon! The wind didn't own me as much as the waves did. Good thing low tide revealed the kiddie pool. Good times though! |

I was underpowered hating on my 5m when we first went out (guess i need a 6 RPM)- then it came up nicely - I came in at the end after a full-on crushtanic beat down trying to hit a lip that hit first
was struggling to walk up the beach with the kite and surfboard against the 30+ plus breeze and see this geezer on his landboard (thinkin thats pretty bold) Dude gets annihilated - death kite loops draggin belly first down the beach on his trainer - Ben got there and said he was OK - not too bright but BOLD (strange ring to that...)
