Ok so the plan as of now is.... the event is a go for Sat ...come get registered get your shirts, wristbands and stickers......if it's windy by 2pm we ride if it's not windy by 2pm then we move the event to Sunday...if it's not windy by 2pm on Sunday then we move it to next Sat.

I am going to extend the pre-register price till tomorrow at 2 pm and then cut off the pre-register price.

Nothing to worry about Chanson, the wind will come, we will kite, and then we will drink cold bevvies on the sandbar in celebration of this being such a great event.

Are you gonna ride strapless?
Hoping to hear from others who want to ride strapless to boost my moral in considering running the course strapless.

The forecast has changed for the better!

On my strapless downwinder yesterday, I thought long and hard about doing the blowout strapless.... I think I will do it.

I think we can also after the times are posted, put strapless next to your name. Come up to us AFTER everything is done, and I think we can put a strapless note next to your name.. You will not move to a different category but will be able to look at the list and see others who also rode strapless. Just an idea.....

Saturday:
Corridor may hang onto upper teen speeds thru the day, Stevenson and Jones Beach also in the same range but winds much lighter out East. High pressure starts to pivot over the North Coast causing winds to shift more NNW to due northerly. Central and South coast holding another mid-upper teens NW day.

Just let us know at the finish line if you ran the race strapless we will mark it down and split it out at the end.

****Please only ride strapless if you can do so quickly...last year we had a few people who thought they could try it for the first time and they were very slow and bogged down the jetski support.

There will be cut off check points this year and you will be pulled out of the race if you dont meet them with in the deadline.
