I have a kite with me in Hood River to donate to someone local for recycling purposes only. I know we went through this thread before - I think someone was doing something for KB4C? Anyway I'll likely be at the Event Site later and can bring it with me. I prefer it be used for KB4C if it can be.
Don't care about tax status but want to mention this kite is for material only. It should not (and cannot) be used for kiting, but would make a lovely green tent flap, messenger bag, designer purse, whatever.
I'll be here the rest of this week then back in early July for a week or more. |

Have a near new 2001 RRD type 2 9.0 if you would like it. Its good for nothing else.

Thanks! Those are the people in Santa Cruz I think. I brought the kite with me from California because I remember somebody looking for material for a project that, IIRC, was going to be donated for KB4C.
I'll be driving down to San Francisco this weekend so if I don't hear from anyone I'll bring it back and drop it off at Caution (I think Peter and Poul know the girl who runs kitecycle, can't remember her name). I can grab these other old kites too if you folks are in Hood River.

Kitecycle has partnered with Hood River Vacation Rentals http://www.hrvacations.com.
Call them to arrange donations of your old and unwanted kites in the Hood River area and remember them for your vacations to the Hood River area!
