hey I would like to come and be part of the meeting.
being in seattle it is pretty tough to attend the meetings unless I happen to be there already.
I appreciate everything the CGKA volunteers have been doing. tough to make some critics happy but I understand that everyone have fulltime jobs, family and personal commitments. and when the wind is blowing, it is difficult to want to do anything else.
I'm down for the ION event which commences that evening. is it possible to move up the start time to not conflict with this event?
no biggie if not possible.

It's a bummer I know...but we can't move it this time. Too much stuff to go over.

If you want to come to part of the meeting and then bounce to the ION thing that's ok. We have a couple people that will need to do that.

I'll be running late, so event insurance and liability issues discussion will have to wait until later in the meeting for when I can arrive.

I have my daughter's graduation to attend at 7pm, but will be over to the meeting promptly.

Would be great for any members to attend, as there are always important topics to discuss, but this one especially with liability for the entire organization and also how it affects the things that we do...
