Flexifoil Ion 3 build quality you be the judge!

ok so i have a full quiver of ion 3's. Have not had many problems at all except for my 10.5
on its first day of life i was flippong it over on the beach and BOOM.
this happened

Flexifoil said "it was my fault that a small seashell had done the damage. 300$ repair sewing plus new le bladder. I thought to myself maybe?...... but really did not think it was my fault.

had kite for another 5 months of use. i was flying it parked at 11 and boom again. It looked like the seams just gave out or their was some missing stiching. Again called flexifoil and they said it was my fault for over pumping the kite. Total bs because i have a working gauge and use it plus i always thump test prior to flight.

do you guys really think this is my fault?. :angryfire: .. none of my other kites have done this. i think this is warranty issue but again Flexifoil thinks its MY FAULT. Let me know what you think.

on another note their bars are crap. i have 3 and all of them the insert has turned into a sharp thing that eats your depower rope after a couple sessions. had to modify all of them by removing the metal insert.

I wish they would just fix the damn kite for me but they would not so now im here to let everyone know that Flexifoils literally have NO WARRANTY. It just seems as though this would happen to another size of my kites but it has not only this one has exploded twice for no reason.

Sounds like a load of BS to me. You need to go with a company that stands behind their product and looks out for their customers.

its not uncommon for SLEs to blow a seem near the bridle attachment point Crying or Very sad
