These guys have been around for a while...I have had a few of their life jets in the past.

If anyone needs a new lifevest Costco has them pretty cheap right now.

HO was actually the company that started the Hyper Lite wakeboards as well. That must have been like 18 years ago

OK, OK - so maybe I am just a little behind the times - just wouldn't think a company called "Ho Sports' would make it big in the US. So I am the only one who thinks this is funny Confused - I'll do more research next time. Laughing

hell yeah, & if the spray was back-lit, it looked like a perfect orange slice.

We got a skurfer tho, and stood up on kneeboards.

Wow. H.O. was actually a premier brand for waterskiing back in the day. Then came wakeboards. H.O. is Herb O'Brien. One of the founding fathers of ski manufacturing along with Pat Connelly of Connelly Ski's, Denny Kidder - of Kidder ski's and Paul Wiley - of handmade wooden skis. Kiting wouldn't exist without these guys and their love of watersports. Where do you think Tony Finn got started? He is a great promoter, but not an inventor. There were a few guys (rebel sons of the above who didn't want to waterski) that made homemade wakeboards or had one of these manufacturers press a board for them. All from the northwest - hanging out at Lake Sammammish & private man-made water-ski lakes.

Get to know your history -

Don't diss H.O. for going Costco. It's hard to make a living these days.

A little respect, please.

M.
