...Not-a-fan of multiple posts on the same topic. However, figured a clean direct-to-video was in-order:

Interesting how he keeps riding and seems like he doesn't know his kite is stuck?

Will have to ask Mr. Rogers if wicked-ass bass lines actually permeate his inner/thinking life.

Should have gone for some wake to wake action, though his kite was so high it wouldn't have been legit. Shocked

What a dumbass. Stupid fucks like that give all of us a bad rap, particularly at the Hatchery where they already are hesitant about kiting. How fucking difficult is it to stay away from large boats coming through the channel? Not only putting himself at risk but asking those innocent sailors to climb the mast and put themselves in danger to untangle the kite. Dumbass should be tarred and feathered.

Sean isn't a dumbasss - more like a Moth attracted to a bright light

Do like the Tarred and Feathered concept - though climbing the rigging is no biggee for any tallship sailor worth his salt or pirate wannabe

The editor of a prominent kiteboarding publication appears to be flirting with permanent banishment from nwkite for his repeated, flagrant, egregiously egocentric and patently offensive re-post pseudo-plagaristic repost postings of topics already posted. Awright...you hurt my mine-was-posted-first-feelings. ...Exhbit A introduced into evidence :

Now I take offense to your slanderous re-posting of the true
"Original" thread "Pirates 1 Kiters 0" http://www.nwkite.com/forums/t-13181.html&sid=e76798d56a518f965a811ccdfb463431

Now for your credit - you did put tall ships on the map with a nice photo spread - though this was clearly before the incident and I did call you out for the photo credit

The never content Bulae99 followed with the much improved: "Ship 1, Kite 0 iwindsurf thread..let's watch it?"

Followed by AirnSales "Kiteboarder vs war ship- warship wins"

This aggression will not stand!

Agreed, It may be a little early to tell but I'd say this idiot has a good chance of winning the Kook of the Year award.

I quite enjoyed the spectacle- Thanks Sean for making my perfect hatchery day twice as good. Rarely do I remember butter smooth sessions for very long, but this will always stand out.

As for 63rd Airbourne- you should move to small deserted island where you're will never have you rep tarnished by a free spirit, yahoo or kook. And please don't come to the hatch, you're not welcome there. Be careful of who launches you! Twisted Evil

I was trying to ignore this, but I can't after Jackal's comment. Sean is my friend, but his behavior reflects on more than just himself.

Total Bullshit.

Sean just f@#ked our entire progress on improving the launch at the Hook. One of the biggest concerns of the CGWA is kiters passing through the line of Windsurfers traveling back and forth from the Event Site and Bridge.

We've been trying to convince the CGWA that kiters are able to raise their kites above the masts of Windsurfers and safely coexist with them on the water... That an incident is unlikely.

Apparently kiters can't coexists with slow moving boats, they obviously can't coexist with fast moving small objects either...

That's not fair - a tall ship by definition is much much taller than a windsurfer - you would have to stack like 8 or 9 windsurfers - and if you saw 8 or 9 stacked windsurfers you know you would kick yourself if you didn't sail up for closer look...
