I had a 4/3 zipless straight-jacket in the truck, but its a pain in the ass to get into and out of. I've even got a couple of drysuits from my kayaking days but I'm not really a big fan of them. Too tight around my neck, but if I stretch the seals enuf for them to be comfy, then they leak.
