yeah, the stock fuse pads suuuuuuck. I liked the luxury straps but they were soo soft the made my feet ache sometime. I really dig the crazy fly footpads and the newer ones seem even nicer.
Pepi has a couple different kinds as I remember it.

The fuse is directional so if you want to ride it left/right foot forward you have to find some symetrical pads/straps to replace.

| I put the Caution footpads on my Fuse, and they work great. Super cushy.

| If you jump the board at all which is not only fun, but unavoidable at times in the surf, then the skimpy stock pads will hurt your feet. I immediately switched to thicker asymmetrical pads and straps. Made a huge difference in comfort and control.

The only thing that would make that pic any better is if the board was a pickle sticker!!LOL
Thanks for all of the information! There are so many pads out there, but I'm leaning towards the Hein at NSI.
Man I'll tell you the rpm is a real boost machine! I liked to jump, but this kite puts a whole new level on top of my limit. I swear I was getting more air than any other kite on a 12 at the spot with basic flat water.
This summer is going to a high flying adventure for sure! My kit right now is 8,10,12 and soon to be 14 rpm's.
