Yeap, each of our harnesses that have ripped apart, they have fixed within a couple of days. They've all been under a year, haven't tried past that;-) But, they do have great customer service, and one time gave us new harness shorts.

Besides making great products, having excellent customer relations and support, they also do a lot of donations to all of the kiteboarding events.

Every kid at kiteboard 4 kids in Cabarate, DR got a free childrens size harness. They were so happy since most of them were riding hand-me down adult harnesses that were too big for them.

Mucho thanks for being such a great company!

I had a DaKine Surf Seat that I used as a waist harness by cutting the seat portion out. Super comfy - but it broke and they charged me $10 to fix it! Of course, it was 5 years old by then... Wink I've actually had two of them that have broken (the old plastic buckles under high wind and hard use) that they've fixed a few times. I've used them for over a decade! This weekend I'm buying a 2009 Renegade which I can swap both kite and windsurf bars on. Can't wait to try it out on the water!
