My husband and I (and our two boys - aged 4 and 2) have an opportunity to live and play anywhere for the month of October 2009 as long as it is within a reasonable budget (read - no fancy lodges). Where would be the best place to go for kiteboarding and surfing? Needs to be safe and stable area for young kids....
