How would a rev 08 13m bar set work up with a 11 fuel?

I don't think that it would because you're using two completely different kinds of kites, Fuel being a C and the Rev being a hybrid. The bridles are different and most likely not compatible

actually I tried it on a 07 11m Fuel. Too lazy for the 5 line bar. It works. The safety works like on a REV. Any fuel before 07 I haven't tried it yet. Performance remained the same too!

I haven't used the REV bar on too many other kites (except '09 FUEL and RPM), but as Eric said, you shouldn't have a problem. All of the SS bars have equal length lines, so whether you're flying a REV, FUEL, Turbo, or RPM, it really doesn't matter. I would, however, be a bit more concerned about the Center Safety System. If you're using it to simply kill the kite in an emergency, it should work just as it does with the REV. If you'll be dumping your kite 50 times a sess., RELAUNCHING, and want to use it in place of the 5th line on any random kite, I'd test it out first...

P.S. - What year FUEL are you talking about? Don't think there'd be much of an issue regardless, but if you've got a 2005 or older one, watch the lines and wingtips when the kite flags.

Thanks for the input. I have 3 06 fuels in and Im gonna get a couple 09s and a try out the rev. All my old bar and lines are thrashed however so I was hoping to use the new bars for any of my kites interchangeably..
